How do I downgrade my BigCommerce subscription plan

Here’s how you can downgrade your BigCommerce subscription plan at any time in the following two ways:

  • Creating a case
  • Calling the BigCommerce client/customer services team

The downgrade pricing takes effect only from your next billing cycle and the current billing cycle continues to be charged as per your existing subscription plans.

 

Downgrade your BigCommerce subscription by creating a case:

To create a case, you will need to ensure, you have both the following requirements:

  • BigCommerce Store URL
  • Support PIN number

In addition, you will need to fill up the following information

  • Topic title/case to be filled for which topic
  • Complete description of your case mentioning the request to downgrade your plan and a specific reason if possible, so the BigCommerce team
  • Assign issue type to Billing cycle and
  • Completely fill your contact information
  • Select ‘create case’

 

Downgrade your BigCommerce subscription by calling the BigCommerce client services team:

 You can call up on the following numbers to request a downgrade in your BigCommerce subscription plan. Once dialled, please follow the required steps by the IVR
