In case you have forgotten your BigCommerce backend / admin panel password and you wish to reset the same, you may follow the following steps:
- Go to the Login page of your BigCommerce admin store
- Enter the registered email address associated with your BigCommerce account
- Click on ‘forgot’ text in the password input box
- Enter email address to receive the steps to reset your BigCommerce store password
- Go to your email inbox and click on the link ‘change password’ in the email. In case you’ve not got the email for about 10-15 minutes, we would encourage you to check your spam and junk folders
- Enter new password and confirm your new password
- The new password should be at least 8 characters
- Click ‘reset password’
