Data deletion Policy

  • When a user uninstalls Plobal Apps from Shopify, we will delete the user's data within 30 days. This includes the user's name, email address, phone number, and any other information that the user has provided to us. We may retain some of the user's data for a longer period if it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, record keeping, auditing, fraud prevention, and similar purposes.
  • Inactive accounts will be deleted in 90 to 120 days.
  • When requested by user/law enforcement/data providers, we will delete the data requested to be deleted within 14 days.

Payment

We do not store any credit card information, CVV, Expiry Date, etc. and such information is not collected or stored by us.

We only provide features, plans, and intro to our platform. Plobal Apps doesn’t implement the payment transaction process. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. The payment gateway provider is responsible for maintaining the personal details secure and encrypted.
