What is a favicon?
A favicon is the small image that appears right beside your page title on the tab of your browser whilst a visitor/customer visits your website
How to upload a favicon to your BigCommerce store?
- Login to your BigCommerce store
- Navigate to the storefront designs and go to design options
- Select the more section and go to favicon
- Choose the file and upload the respective Favicon and
- Save changes
The image size and dimensions should be 16×16 pixels. Image format should be JPG, GIF or PNG format

In case you don’t have the image size of 16×16 pixels, you can go to Google and search for a favicon generator, upload the image on that website and resize the image to be used as a favicon.
